I recently had the pleasure of staying at the George Inn, and it exceeded all my high expectations. The welcoming staff went above and beyond, ensuring my elderly parents had a comfortable experience, including accommodating our requests for a quiet room. Our large, clean room featured a flat-screen TV, an electric kettle with complimentary tea and cookies, and free toiletries that added a touch of luxury to our stay. The carpeted floors provided a cozy atmosphere, while the lovely garden offered a peaceful retreat after a day of exploring Lacock village. The quality of the food and beer in the pub was exceptional, making our dining experiences thoroughly enjoyable. I wholeheartedly recommend the George Inn to anyone seeking a delightful stay in this charming location.
